Method of Payment
When you
order, you will be taken to the PayPal site to pay by Mastercard, Visa, American
Express, Discover, or eCheck. This is a fully secured site using the highest
industry standards for financial transactions and data storage. You will need to
open a PayPal account to pay, but this is free, and it doesn't take any longer
than an ordinary online credit card payment.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you check out through Paypal, TemptMe, Inc. will receive
the full order details by e-mail from PayPal, you will also receive the payment
confirmation by e-mail directly from PayPal.
Technical note: Paypal uses browser "cookies" to hold the contents of the cart.
Cookies can be disabled (intentionally or accidentally) in a browser. If your
shopping cart is not working, please check your browser setting. These cookies
do not contain any personal information and can only be sent to the same domain
that originally set them.
Shipping
Policy
Most orders
received by 12:00 noon EST will be shipped within 48 hours. If we expect a
delay, we will call you immediately. Order tracking numbers will be provided when possible. All orders will be
shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are calculated based on a flat
amount method. We ship anywhere in
the United States including Alaska and Hawaii.

Return
Policy
We are confident that you
will love your selection and the quality of our products. However if you are not
satisfied with a product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your
order to initiate an exchange or return authorization. Once a return is
authorized we will refund your payment less any shipping and handling charges.
Purchase must be returned in original, unopened, un-used condition. Returns will
not be accepted without prior arrangement and shipping charges are
non-refundable. Returning items is the responsibility of the purchaser, we do
not accept responsibility for return postage costs or items lost or damaged in
transit to us or in any other circumstances beyond our control.
Damaged Items
Damage rarely occurs during
shipment to your home since we carefully inspect and package every item using
materials that are designed to protect your purchase. However, if you do receive
an item that is damaged in transit, please save the item, the damaged container,
as well as all other packaging materials so that we may bring it to the
shipper’s attention. Additionally, you must contact us within 3 days to receive
a return authorization. Please understand that due to the customized nature
of some of our products, we will make every effort to expedite the creation and
delivery of a replacement piece.
